Audit log

Every create, update, and delete across content collections — plus sign-ins — is recorded automatically in the read-only Audit Log, along with who made the change and when.

A Super-Admin sees every district’s activity and can filter by user or district; district staff see only their own district’s log. This is the first place to check if content changed unexpectedly and you’re not sure who touched it.
