Calendar

The public Calendar page shows a month-by-month grid combining two things: your Board and ARB meetings (from the Meetings collection — nothing extra to do there) and a new Calendar Events collection for everything else — deadlines, holidays, and office closures.

• Each calendar event has a title, a type (Notice / Deadline, Holiday, Office Closure, or Other), a start date, and an optional end date for a multi-day closure.
• “Repeats every year” — check this for a fixed holiday (like July 4th) so you only ever enter it once; the calendar shows it every year automatically, on the same month and day.
• An “Upcoming” list below the grid shows the next year’s worth of meetings and events in order, which is easier to scan on a phone than the grid.

Data Downloads & Valuation Reports, and Abstracts & Subdivisions

Both public pages are powered by one Data Downloads collection — where a record shows up depends entirely on its Category. Give each record a title, a category, an optional year, and either an uploaded file or an external URL (use an external link for very large files, like a GIS data export hosted elsewhere).
