Since v0.1Each meeting record has a type (Board of Directors or Appraisal Review Board), a date, a location (defaults to “District Boardroom & livestream”), and optional agenda/minutes file uploads plus a livestream link.
Posted At must be at least 72 hours before the meeting Date — that’s the advance-notice window the Texas Open Meetings Act (Gov’t Code Chapter 551) requires for regular meetings. Set Posted At to the moment you actually post the agenda, not the meeting date.
Description is an optional short summary (about 20 words show on the meeting card before a “Read more”) — useful for highlighting key agenda items without staff having to open the full agenda PDF.
