What’s New changelog

The What’s New page in the admin lists every platform update in plain language, newest first. It’s read-only — maintained by safemode IT with each release — and syncs itself into the database automatically the next time the platform restarts after an update, so you always see the current list without anyone doing manual data entry.

A red asterisk appears next to the What’s New link in the sidebar whenever there are entries you haven’t seen yet; it clears once you open the page.
